Eve menu: the french game in innovative recipes that will seduce you and exclusive dessert to the beloved mill. For the new year, we offer variations on the theme of the sea. Entry: Papillote of shellfish cream wine of Champagne accompanied by a freshness of potato, mint and wasabi;

Festive dish: Lotte to the armorican, crushed pumpkin and crumble of foie gras;

Cheese: Cheese in party garb;

Dessert: Chocolate Charlotte black and Champagne;
Cannelloni of mango in the agar-agar, stuffed white chocolate mousse;
Cream champagne and citrus notes.

These menus are subject to change depending on the quality of fresh produce at the last moment.

The rate of 2 fine dining St Sylvestre and new year are fixed at 45 euros per meal and per person, off grand crus, but appetizer included champagne.
